Questionnaire for Senior Pastor's Review The sub-committee appointed to undertake the review of the senior pastor consists of: The purpose of the review is to enable our pastor be more effective in his role. To aid in the process, the review committee is seeking feedback from a few members of the church who represent a cross-section of the congregation. Below are 6 questions that we ask for your considered response to. The review will focus on a wide range of issues however the questions below will provide balanced feedback of the Senior Pastor's ministry. 1. Comment on the leadership and ministry strengths and gifts of our pastor. 2. What would like more of from our senior pastor? 3. What would like our senior pastor to do less of? 4. What are your greatest concerns for our senior pastor? 5. If you could provide one key resource for our senior pastor – what would you get him? 6. Make any other comments you wish to the review group. Your thoughtful, reflective and honest comments will be appreciated. In a spirit of openess to grow and learn we will make these available in summary form to the senior pastor. If you would rather not attach your name you are free not to, however honest and open disclosure including identifying yourself is encouraged. If there happen to be any unresolved issues between yourself and the pastor, the appropriate place to raise these is first with him. Next >
